(Alliance News) - City of London Investment Group PLC on Friday said an associate company of Non-Executive Director Barry Olliff sold shares worth a total of GBP499,856.
In three separate transactions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Stable View III LP - a vehicle set up by Olliff - sold a total of 110,529 shares at an average price of GBP4.5224 each.
The stock was trading 0.9% lower at 452.00 pence each at midday Friday in London.
Following the transaction, Olliff holds around 1.9 million shares, representing 7.2% of City Of London Investment Group's issued share capital.
