DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Checkit Non-Executive John Wilson Sells Shares

(Alliance News) - Checkit PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director John Wilson sold shares in the management software firm.

In two transactions on Tuesday, Wilson disposed of 34,000 shares at a price of 42.1 pence each and 9,406 shares at 41.05p each, worth a total of GBP18,176.

Following these transactions, Wilson's total interest is 688,530 shares, representing a 1.1% stake.

Checkit shares closed 9.3% lower in London on Tuesday at 39.00p a share.
