LONDON (Alliance News) - Castleton Technology PLC said Wednesday its non-executive chairman purchased 17,700 shares at 82.98 pence each.
The GBP14,687 purchase means David Bayne now has an interest in 0.08% of the company's issued share capital, a total of 68,013 shares.
Shares in Castleton Technology closed up 1.8% Wednesday at 84.25 pence each.
