LONDON (Alliance News) - C4X Discovery Holdings PLC Wednesday said Chairman Clive Dix bought 50,000 shares at a price of 77 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Dix now holds 691,250 shares, representing approximately 2.23% of issued shares.
Shares in the medical research and development company were untraded at 77.00p Wednesday.
