DIRECTOR DEALINGS: BP Non-Exec Director John Sawers Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - BP PLC said Tuesday Non-Executive Director John Sawers and Avril Sawers bought GBP14,967 in shares each.

The company said Sawers bought 3,247 shares at 460.97 pence per share, worth GBP14,967, on Thursday last week.

Avril Sawers, closely associated with Sawers, bought the same amount of shares at the same price, also worth GBP14,967.

The company did not disclose how many shares the two held following the transaction.

BP shares closed 1.4% lower in London at 454.38 pence each on Tuesday.
