LONDON (Alliance News) - BlackRock Frontiers Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Lynn Ruddick bought 38,503 shares at a price of 138.25 pence per share Tuesday.
The company also said Ian Dewar, a connected person to Ruddick, bought 21,497 shares at the same price.
The stock was flat at 138.25p Tuesday.
