LONDON (Alliance News) - Atlantic Coal PLC said its Non-Executive Director Peter Chinneck transferred shares that he has a beneficial interest in from Brewin Nominees to Brewin 1762 Nominees Ltd as a result of a change of accounts where Chinneck holds his shares.
Chinneck transferred 156 million ordinary shares or 0.07 pence value between the entities on Monday but his beneficial interest in Atlantic Coal remains unchanged at 213 million shares, or 5.5% of the company.
Atlantic Coal shares were up 4.16% to 0.130 pence Thursday.
