LONDON (Alliance News) - Anglo Asian Mining PLC said Non-Executive Director John Monhemius bought 30,584 shares at a price of 8.45 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Monhemius' total beneficial ownership in the company is 184,798 shares, which represents approximately 0.17% of the issued share capital.
The stock was trading at 8.05p, down 13%, Thursday.
