DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Alpha Financial Finance Chief And Spouse Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC said that Chief Financial Officer John Paton and his immediate family purchased shares in the company on Tuesday.

John Paton acquired 10,000 shares for 241.85 pence per share, and 9,000 shares for 241.88p each.

Shona Paton bought 9,000 shares for 243.0p per share, and other 9,000 for 243.9p each.

It has not been disclosed how many shares the Patons now hold following this transaction.

Shares in the consultancy services provider were down 1.2% at 238.01 pence on Wednesday.
