DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Alpha Financial CEO Sells GBP1.5 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC on Friday said Global Chief Executive Officer Euan Fraser disposed shares in the consultancy services provider.

In a transaction on Thursday, Fraser sold 678,040 shares at a price of 218 pence each, worth GBP1.5 million.

Alpha Financial shares were trading 0.6% lower on Friday at 218.15p each.

Following the sale, Fraser's interest in the company has decreased to 1.4 million shares, representing 1.3% stake.
