Director dealings: Aferian exec invests, ICG board member sells shares

(Sharecast News) - Aferian was among those on the list of director buys on Thursday, after the B2B video streaming solutions company disclosed a purchase of 100,000 shares.

The firms said that on 25 July, executive director Steve Oetegenn bought the shares at a price of 14p each.

It said that following the purchase, Oetegenn was beneficially interested in 100,000 of its shares, representing 0.1% of its issued share capital.

On the selling side of the ledger was Intermediate Capital Group, after it disclosed that executive director Antje Hensel-Roth sold 5,700 shares on 16 August at an average price of 1,315p.

As a result, it said Hensel-Roth and her connected persons now had an interest in 9.826 shares, representing 0.003% of its total issued share capital.

At the close on Thursday, shares in Aferian were down 11.67% at 13.25p, while those in Intermediate Capital Group were 1.61% weaker at 1,318p.
