LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK Long Lease REIT PLC said Non-Executive Director Steve Smith bought 80,000 shares at a price of 91.6 pence per share on Thursday.
Smith's total shareholding, following GBP73,280 transaction, was not disclosed.
The investment firm's shares closed up 0.5% at 90.44p Thursday.
