LONDON (Alliance News) - AA PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Simon Breakwell bought 102,018 shares in the company.
Breakwell acquired the shares at 97.5 pence each for a total of GBP99,467. Following the deal, the CEO's total holding was not disclosed.
AA shares closed up 2.8% at 99.68p.
