LONDON (Alliance News) - 7digital Group PLC Wednesday said co-founder Ben Drury sold 750,000 shares at a price of 14.925 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Drury holds 12 million shares, which represents an 11.14% stake in the firm.
Shares in the digital music and radio services company were down 9.0% at 15.69p Wednesday.
