LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile security software firm Defenx PLC on Thursday said it has signed three further channel partners in Europe.
The company signed a distribution deal with Itway SpA, an Italian digital services firm which will sell the Defenx Mobile Security Suite across its operations in six European countries.
Defenx also signed an agreement with Ringo.com, a mobile virtual network operator, for Ringo to sell the Defenx Security and Cloud Backup services.
Finally, Defenx said European mobile services firm MCR Media Group will sell the Defenx Mobile Security Suite.
No financial details on the agreements were disclosed.
Defenx shares were up 2.2% to 127.20 pence Thursday.
