(Alliance News) - CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Ltd on Wednesday announced details of its September 2019 tender, including the number of share tendered and the price per share.
The firm has a contractual quarterly tender. Under its September tender, 24.7 million sterling shares were tendered at GBP1,0435 per share. This compared to the September 30 net asset value per sterling share of GBP1.0535.
Overall, 1.7 million euro shares were tendered in September and the tender price was EUR0.9970, compared to a NAV per euro share of GBP1.0070.
The tender price on the sterling and euro shares was equal to the NAV per share on September 30 minus either GBP0.01 or EUR0.01. The tender also carried a USD1,000 administration fee - of its equivalent in sterling - per shareholder per transaction.
For CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities; December quarterly tender, the basic entitlement will be 25% of euro and sterling shares held on May 10.
Sterling shares in the Jersey-based closed-ended investment company were down 0.5% at 98.99 pence in London on Wednesday. Euro shares were down 0.3% at EUR0.98.
