LONDON (Alliance News) - Creightons PLC Thursday said it expects to report a rise in sales for its first half, helped by its acquisition of Potter & Moore (Devon) Ltd in February.
The toiletries and fragrances company will report results for its first half to the end of September during the last week of November, it said.
It expects to report sales in the region of GBP15.7 million for the half, compared to GBP10.8 million the prior year. GBP4.2 million of those sales come from the Potter & Moore assets it acquired in February.
Shares in Creightons were up 3.6% at 14.52 pence Thursday afternoon.
