(Alliance News) - Countrywide PLC said Tuesday it hired former LSL Property Services PLC executive Lisa Charles-Jones as non-executive director of the estate agent from late June.
Charles-Jones will join Countrywide on June 26, also joining the remuneration committee. She is currently a non-executive at Tracsis PLC. Charles-Jones previously worked for LSL for thirteen years until 2013, including as human resources director for ten years.
Countrywide Chair Peter Long said he was "delighted" to welcome Charles-Jones to the firm, adding that she "brings valuable experience within the property sector and will be the non-executive director employee engagement lead within the Countrywide board."
Shares in Countrywide closed 0.8% higher at 3.76 pence in London on Tuesday.
