Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC - venture capital trust - Says net asset value at June 30 was 62.19 pence, reflecting final dividend for 2023 of 1.75p paid in May. At December 31, NAV was 61.71p. Further, declares interim dividend for 2024 of 2.00p per share, payable in October.
