CORRECT (Mar 21): Lombard Odier Builds 12% Stake In i3 Energy (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - i3 Energy PLC on March 21 reported that Lombard Odier Asset Management Ltd almost doubled its stake in the firm to over 12% following a transaction on March 19.

Lombard Odier held 10.8 million shares in the North Sea-focused oil & gas development firm after the transaction, equivalent to a 12.4% stake in the 87.4 million shares outstanding in the firm. Prior to the transaction, Lombard Odier held a 6.8% stake.
