Connemara Mining To Rename Arkle Resources To Reflect Irish Heritage
LONDON (Alliance News) - Connemara Mining Co PLC on Tuesday proposed to rename the company Arkle Resources PLC to reflect the company's heritage as an Irish-based firm.
A resolution to change the name of the company will be proposed at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on March 12.
Shares in the gold and zinc exploration firm were untraded at 1.26 pence each.
