LONDON (Alliance News) - Concurrent Technologies PLC said Monday that it has released its latest generation CompactPCI embedded processor board.
The new board allows customers to easily migrate to the latest 4th generation Intel Corp 'Core' processors, and offers three levels of performance, Concurrent said.
This generation of processor board also comes with an option for a dual "10 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces allowing for higher bandwidth connections with external equipment, which would have previously required the use of an additional expansion module," the company said.
"The new features on this product are a direct response to feedback received from our customers, demonstrating our commitment to this popular bus architecture," said Chief Executive Officer Glen Fawcett in a statement.
Shares in Concurrent are trading up 0.5% at 43.70 pence Monday morning.
