CareTech Holdings Co-Founders Hold 11% Stake After Deal (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - CareTech Holdings PLC said Friday that co-founders Farouq Sheikh and Haroon Sheikh now holds an 11.12% stake in the residential care home operator after a transaction on Thursday.

Farouq and Harron Sheikh's combined holding following the deal was 12.1 million shares. Their holding prior to the transaction, if any, has not been disclosed.

Shares in CareTech were trading up 2.0% at 405.00 pence per share on Friday.
