(Alliance News) - Canaccord Genuity Ltd on Wednesday said it has completed the sale of 8.2 million shares in Atalaya Mining Copper SA to institutional investors.
The disposal was priced at 510 pence per share, and comprised about 5.8% of capital in the London-based, Spain-focused mining company.
Vancouver-based financial services firm Canaccord said it had sold the stake on behalf of affiliates of Fairfax Holdings Co Ltd, the holding company for Toronto-based insurance firm Fairfax.
Atalaya Mining Copper shares were down 3.8% at 539.00p on Wednesday morning in London.
