Botswana Diamonds Starts Drilling On Orapa Licence With Gope To Follow

LONDON (Alliance News) - Botswana Diamonds PLC on Tuesday said drilling has now started on the AK22 kimberlite pipe at the PL 260 licence in the Orapa area of Botswana.

The company added it will soon start drilling on the PL 135 licence in the Gope region of the country and will release a statement on these plans in due course.

Shares in Botswana Diamonds were down 16% to 1.35 pence on Tuesday.
