LONDON (Alliance News) - Blinkx PLC on Wednesday said its trade entity RhythmOne will participate in the Trustworthy Accountability Group's 'Certified Against Fraud' program.

This program is designed to combat fraudulent activity in the digital advertising supply chain, and in order to achieve a 'Certified Against Fraud' seal from the Trustworthy Accountability Group, the company will need to meet rigorous anti-fraud requirements.

"Our participation in the groundbreaking quality assurance program underscores our commitment to creating a supply ecosystem that is transparent and free of fraud. RhythmOne will continue to work together with TAG, and play a leadership role in defining emerging ad quality standards and requirements," said Blinkx Chief Executive Officer Subhransu Mukherjee in a statement.

Shares in Blinkx were up 1.2% at 21.25 pence Wednesday morning.
