LONDON (Alliance News) - BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust PLC on Thursday said its broker has found buyers for all the shares accepted for tender earlier this month.
Winterflood, as the company's broker, has found buyers for the 6.0 million shares, which equate to a 4.0% stake in the trust.
The shares were sold to new investors at 101.57 pence per share, equal to net asset value on Wednesday this week.
Shares in the trust were down 0.1% at 100.25 pence on Thursday afternoon.
