(Alliance News) - BlackRock Energy & Resources Income Trust said on Tuesday it has appointed Adrian Brown as a non-executive director, effective from December 10.
Brown is a senior advisor for MJ Hudson Allenbridge and he has wealth of experience in the financial and commerce sectors, Blackrock Energy & Resources said.
Shares in BlackRock Energy & Resources closed down 0.6% at 68.472 pence in London on Tuesday.
