LONDON (Alliance News) - Franchised estate agency Belvoir Lettings PLC on Tuesday said its franchisees have made a number of acquisitions.
Belvoir said franchisees in Solihull, Rochester, Bournemouth and St Helens completed the deals, adding GBP850,000 to revenue from the Belvoir network and with Belvoir providing GBP353,000 of the funding required for the deals. No details were provided on the total cost of the acquisitions.
"The group is going from strength to strength, and I continue to be impressed by the ambitions of our franchisees. The part-funding of acquisitions is a service we are very proud to provide to our network," said Belvoir Chairman and Chief Executive Mike Goddard.
Shares in Belvoir were untraded on Tuesday morning, having last traded at 129.96 pence.
