LONDON (Alliance News) - Begbies Traynor Group PLC on Wednesday said it has struck a deal to acquire The P&A Partnership Ltd out of administration for up to GBP860,000 via a pre-pack deal.
Begbies, the business recovery and property services company, will pay up to GBP860,000 and will take on 36 staff from P&A into its insolvency division.
P&A is based in Sheffield, was founded in 1875 and has a significant presence in the north of England's business recovery and insolvency markets.
Shares in Begbies closed up 0.6% to 48.7999 pence on Wednesday.
