LONDON (Alliance News) - BB Healthcare Trust PLC said Tuesday that it intends to propose a final dividend of 2.0 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended November 30.
The trust has already paid a 2.0p dividend for the year, in line with its objective to issue two identical payouts on a semi-annual basis.
For its financial year just started, ending November 2019, the company said it is targeting a total dividend of 4.85p per share. This is to be paid via two 2.425p interim dividends.
BB Healthcare shares closed down 0.7% at 141.50p on Tuesday.
