LONDON (Alliance News) - Plastic products firm Carclo PLC on Tuesday said Axxion SA now holds a 6.0% interest in the company after a transaction on Monday.
Prior to that, Axxion's holding was undisclosed.
Carclo shares were trading down 22% on Tuesday at 91.60 pence each.
Earlier on Tuesday, Carclo said medical devices manufacturer Consort Medical PLC does not intend to make an offer. In response to Consort's withdrawal, Carclo said it remains highly confident in its prospects and stand-alone strategy.
