LONDON (Alliance News) - Auhua Clean Energy PLC Friday said it has noted the recent movement in its share price amid speculation about a potential takeover offer for the company.
The company, which makes and sells solar-powered water heating systems, said it has not received any approach about a potential offer for the company.
Auhua shares were up 6.6% to 3.28 pence per share on Friday afternoon, having hit 4.50p prior to Auhua's announcement.
