LONDON (Alliance News) - Asian Plantations Ltd Monday said it is still in talks with several parties which may lead to a takeover offer for the company being made, although there's still no certainty a deal will be done.
The company had first confirmed it was in takeover talks at the beginning of March. Later that month, it appointed Strand Hanson Ltd as its financial adviser to seek buyers for the company and conduct a formal sale process.
Asian Plantations shares last traded at 230 pence.
