APC Technology Group Appoints New Finance Boss

LONDON (Alliance News) - APC Technology Group PLC Friday said it has appointed Richard Hodgson as its new finance boss with immediate effect, as its acquisition of Green Compliance PLC, where he has been chief financial officer and chief operating officer, received court approval.

Hodgson is replacing Hugh Edmonds, who has been acting as the group's interim chief financial officer since Rob Smith in March tendered his resignation in order to join Filtronic PLC.

APC Technology shares were Friday quoted up 2.0% at 36.97 pence.
