LONDON (Alliance News) - Amphion Innovations PLC on Friday announced the resignations of its chairman and a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Chairman Richard Mansell-Jones and Non-Executive Director Miroslaw Izienicki have departed, with Amphion giving no reasons for them doing so.
It has begun a search for new candidates for fill these vacancies, it said.
Mansell-Jones became Amphion's chairman in July 2016, having been a non-executive director before that.
Shares were down 2.8% on Friday morning at 1.24 pence each.
