LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital entertainment technology company Amino Technologies PLC on Monday said it has appointed Karen Bach as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Bach is the founder of KalliKids, an internet marketing company, and is the former chief financial officer at software company IX Europe PLC. She also worked for General Motors and Ernst & Young in the past.
Bach replaces Colin Smithers, who has been a non-executive director at the company for 14 years.
Amino shares were down 0.9% to 111.00 pence.
