Alexander Mining Suspended As Subscription Fundraising Collapses (ALLISS)

Thu, 03rd Sep 2015 09:12

LONDON (Alliance News) - Alexander Mining PLC shares were suspended on Thursday after the company said its planned GBP295,000 subscription fundraising will not be going ahead at this time.

Alexander said that due to the funds from the subscription having not been received, the subscription will not go ahead, leaving it with insufficient working capital and forcing it to request the suspension of its shares.

The company said the issue of 1 million shares to satisfy its existing creditors will go ahead but the shares will not be admitted to trading.
