(Sharecast News) - Agronomics announced on Friday that one of its major holdings, Foods United, has completed a $200m financing and rebranded as 'the Livekindly Co'.
The AIM-traded firm said Livekindly was building a portfolio of brands to offer plant-based chicken alternatives, including 'The Fry Family Food Co' and LikeMeat.

"As a result of this fundraise, the company expects its equity interest in Livekindly to be 1.5%," Agronomics said in its statement.
