ADVFN Non-Executive Brian Basham Steps Down With Immediate Effect

(Alliance News) - Investing website operator ADVFN PLC on Monday said it plans to add a new non-executive to its board following the departure of a director.

Brian Basham left his role as a non-executive director with immediate effect, ADVFN said.

The company added: "The board intends to appoint a replacement non-executive director to the board as soon as practicable and a further announcement will be made in due course as appropriate."

Shares in the company were untraded in London on Tuesday afternoon, last quoted at 18.25 pence each.
