LONDON (Alliance News) - Accesso Technology Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed John Guilfoy as chief operating officer, from Wednesday next week.
Guilfoy brings more than 23 years of experience in the travel, technology and financial services sectors, Accesso said. He was general manager of software-as-a-service firm EZYield, now part of TravelClick.
"John's vast experience and expertise in operations, combined with technology expertise, made him the outstanding candidate for the role," said Chief Executive Paul Noland.
"John's experience and his strength in managing a wide range of teams make him the right choice to help us drive both business and customer success," added Noland.
Accesso shares were trading 0.6% lower on Friday at 785.00 pence each.
