LONDON (Alliance News) - Zoo Digital Group PLC said Tuesday that it is cautiously optimistic about its future prospects, in a statement ahead of its annual general meeting.
The company said that, as it had said at the time of its full-year results, it has made progress over the past year in diversifying its client base and revenue mix to reduce its exposure to physical media.
"With the ability to deliver across all formats of digital content and increasing customer diversification, the board believes that we have the right platform for sustainable growth and, as we look forward, are cautiously optimistic about our prospects," Chairman Roger Jeynes said in the statement.
Zoo Digital plans to issue a further trading update in October for the half-year to the end of September.
Shares in Zoo Digital were untraded Tuesday, quoted at 7.76 pence.
