Zenith Energy Ltd - Africa-focused oil & gas producer - Says it has completed a private placement in Norway for approximately GBP260,000. The issue price was approximately 0.7 pence and Zenith has issued a total of 60 million shares. The proceeds will go towards an acquisition campaign in Africa as well as for general working capital purposes.
