LONDON (Alliance News) - Yolo Leisure and Technology PLC Monday said investee company Simplestream Ltd has agreed a strategic partnership with media company MP & Silva Ltd to support the development of a range of multi-platform video distribution services.
Under the partnership deal Simplestream will provide a number of options for MP & Silva, including the ability to integrate a branded video player into publishers' websites, and to white label its Simplestream Media Manager software to broadcasters.
"Sports is first and foremost a social experience, so it is incredibly important for organisations to be able to connect directly with fans where ever they are. MP & Silva work with some of the world's biggest names in sports and we are proud to be partnering with them to support their technology services across multiple sports and territories," said Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Simplestream Adam Smith in a statement.
"Simplestream already works with over 100 broadcast channels providing a digital solution for their content and this will extend the reach and offering of services by Simplestream team," said Chief Executive Officer of Yolo Simon Robinson in a statement.
Shares in Yolo were up 2.0% at 1.30 pence Monday morning.
