LONDON (Alliance News) - Westminster Group PLC said on Friday it plans to raise GBP500,000 through a placing to prepare the company for various upcoming projects.
Shares in the security services provider were down 9.8% at 10.49 pence on Friday.
Westminster said it will issue 5.0 million shares at a price of 10p each.
The placing is being undertaken by SVS Securities PLC, who will become joint broker to Westminster once the placing has been completed.
Following admission, Westminster will have 135.0 million shares issued overall.
