(Alliance News) - Wishbone Gold PLC on Friday said shareholders have approved a resolution passed at itsgeneral meeting to consolidate its shares.
The gold miner - which has an existing issued share capital of 2.9 billion shares - will consolidate every 100 existing shares into one share, resulting in the company's issued share capital being comprised of 28.5 million shares.
The capital reorganisation will be undertaken on January 20 and an application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on January 21.
Shares in the company closed 5.0% lower at 0.02 pence each on Friday in London.
