Capital & Counties Properties PLC - Six members of executive team and board buy 351,388 shares in total, worth about GBP373,000, on Thursday and Friday last week. Chair Henry Staunton buys 100,000 shares at GBP1.03 on Thursday and now has 350,000 shares. All others buy on Friday. Jane Hawksworth, wife of Chief Executive Ian Hawksworth, buys 88,888 shares at GBP1.06. CEO Hawksworth now has 909,492 shares, a 0.1% stake. Prisha Jobanputra, associate of Chief Financial Officer Situl Jobanputra, buys 37,500 at GBP1.06. Michelle McGrath, director of Capco Covent Garden, buys 20,000 at GBP1.06. Kerry Lane, wife of Independent Non-Executive Director Jonathan Lane, buys 100,000 shares at GBP1.06. Independent Non-Executive Director Charlotte Boyle and associate Alex Cooper-Evans together buy 5,000 shares at GBP1.07.

Energean PLC - gas exploration and production in Mediterranean - Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou buys 20,000 shares via OilCo Investments Ltd at GBP5.33, worth GBP106,600, on October 15, and 21,231 shares at GBP5.28 on October 16. Together worth GBP218,700. Topouzoglou has bought 201,231 shares since the start of October.

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC - Bristol-based wealth management platform - Independent Non-Executive Director John Troiano buys 14,400 shares at average GBP13.63, worth GBP196,229, on Wednesday last week.

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC - Leicester-based watch retailer - Incoming board chair, Ian Carter, buys 19,057 share at 412p, worth GBP78,515, on Friday last week. Earlier this month, Watches of Switzerland appointed Carter, a long-serving executive at Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc, as non-executive chair. Carter was with Hilton Worldwide for the past 15 years. In June, he announced he would be stepping down as president of Global Development, Architecture, Design & Construction and leaving Hilton. He takes over the Watches of Switzerland chair on November 1.

Victoria PLC - Kidderminster, England-based maker of floorcoverings - Non-Executive Director Gavin Petken buys 8,016 shares at GBP4.99, worth GBP40,000, on Friday last week. The purchase is his only holding.
