LONDON (Alliance News) - Stockbroker Walker Crips Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Lim Hua Min bought 442,766 shares at a price of 44.01 pence per share through connected persons who are members of his family Tuesday.
Following this transaction, the total beneficial holding of Lim Hua Min's connected persons is 9.5 million shares, representing 25.39% of the issued share capital.
The stock was untraded Wednesday at 46.00p.
