Victoria Oil & Gas PLC - energy supplier in Africa - Says subsidiary Gaz du Cameroun SA has entered into a definitive agreement with Hadron Master Fund to raise GBP1.3 million through the issue of an unsecured loan note. The proceeds from the issue of the loan note will be utilised for general working capital purposes.
