JOHANNESBURG, Sept 30 (Reuters) - South African mobileoperator Vodacom Group said on Monday it had enteredexclusive talks with Neotel shareholders to acquire thefixed-line operator.
Neotel is majority owned by India's Tata Communications and would be a major boost for Vodacom's ambitions togrow its data offering. Vodacom is a unit of Britain's VodafoneGroup Plc.
